Dr. Nicholas Henderson is consistently voted one of the top Physiatrists in the Orlando area by his peers and serves as Medical Director of The Physiatric Fitness Spa. Dr. Henderson is double board certified in PM&R(Physical Medicine and Rehab) and Obesity Medicine. He is a graduate of Howard University and Howard University’s College of Medicine. Dr. Henderson has done extensive specialty training in Advanced Vestibular Rehabilitation, Advanced Lymphedema Management(CDT), and Graston Technique (IASTM).
