Neurology & Neurodiagnostics, LLC opened its doors in 2014 and is led by triple board-certified Neurologist Dr. Ros-Escalante. The practice specializes in caring for adults with neurological disorders, in addition to having a special interest in treating patients with neuromuscular diseases. 

At their Neurophysiology Laboratory in their Lake Mary Professional Campus Office, Dr. Ros-Escalante himself performs electrodiagnostic evaluations of nerve conduction & electromyography ensuring the highest quality of data collection and interpretation. The practice for electroencephalography studies has an experienced certified electroencephalography technician in Amy.  She is dedicated, caring and proficient, not to mention enchanting.   

Neurology & Neurodiagnostics is composed of a “Dream Team” of professionals striving to provide the best and most advanced neurological care to their patients.  The team has Ariana in the front, Vanessa as medical assistant, Veronica as infusion and Multiple Sclerosis therapies coordinator, and Crystal as Office Manager.

The entire staff is welcoming, delightful, friendly, and engaging.  Their office provides its patients with a warm and comfortable private-practice atmosphere to receive care close to home. Dr. Ros-Escalante’s affiliation with the nationally recognized top Neurology Program at Adventhealth ensures care will be world-class.  

Dr. Ros-Escalante trained at the prestigious institutions Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the Barrow Neurological Institute located in Phoenix, Arizona. He holds board certifications in Neurology and in Clinical Neurophysiology from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. In addition, he is certified by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine in Nerve Conduction and Electromyography techniques. 

Dr. Ros-Escalante is affiliated with the AdventHealth Neuroscience Institute and serves as staff Neurologist and Stroke Program Director at AdventHealth Altamonte Campus. He is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology and a Fellow member of the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. 

Dr. Ros-Escalante served as a Medical Officer in the US Army and had the privilege of having functioned as Chief of Neurology Service at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii prior to transitioning to civilian life. His military accolades include a Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal with Campaign Star, Army Service Ribbon, and Overseas Service Ribbon. 

At Neurology & Neurodiagnostics the friendly and professional office staff collaborate very closely with primary care physicians, referring providers, and other specialists to deliver the best care possible to their patients. When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Ros-Escalante enjoys watching his teenage boys play travel baseball in weekend tournaments. You can also find him relaxing at the beach with his family or enjoying nature while riding his bicycle on one of the many trails of central Florida. Dr. Ros-Escalante’s life philosophy, as a great leader once said: “It always seems impossible, until it’s done”
