An Advocate for Justice
Natasha Bostick is the owner of The Bostick Law Firm, P.A., with offices in Kissimmee and Melbourne. Attorney Bostick has been representing clients in criminal and family law cases for 20 years. She has litigated over a thousand cases in courts throughout the state in matters ranging from attempted murder to adoptions. Moreover, she has tried hundreds of trials to verdict. As a former prosecuting attorney and a former public defender, Attorney Bostick understands the need for balance between justice and mercy in the criminal justice system and in family law matters.
Attorney Bostick asserts, “There are high anxiety and extreme emotions in family law cases. Sometimes these issues become so intense that they can have dire consequences, not only for the litigant but for the entire family.” For this critical reason, Attorney Bostick advocates strongly for her clients and their families. Also, she clearly understands the importance of utilizing legal strategies to meet the clients’ needs while focusing on preserving family ties in custody proceedings.
Attorney Bostick will never encourage her clients to accept plea agreements in criminal law matters, unless a settlement is desired. If a settlement is desired, Attorney Bostick will negotiate the best possible plea agreement for her clients and continue to advocate for their best interests. “I understand the grave implications for my clients’ future, and I do not take that responsibility lightly,” she says.
Attorney Bostick has always been passionate about helping people in need and practices the humanitarian concept of “paying it forward.” She embraces the rewards of giving back to the community when volunteering her time and services. In 2017, she was honored to receive an award from the Ninth Judicial Circuit’s Pro Bono Committee for providing outstanding free legal services to the underserved community in Central Florida for the last 10 years.
Attorney Bostick earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law in 2000. She has been an enthusiastic member of several legal and professional organizations, including the Christian Legal Society, the Family Law section of the Florida Bar, the Central Florida Family Law Inns of Court, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Osceola County Bar Association. Attorney Bostick currently serves as a board member of the Black Advisory Committee for Valencia College and is an active member of her church, Truth Revealed International Ministries.
