Dr. Fadhli is honored to be named one of Orlando’s “Elite Doctors.” Florida ENT Adult & Pediatric, Inc was founded in 1999 by Dr. Omar Fadhli.  The practitioners and staff are a team of dedicated healthcare professionals with the mission of providing state of the art Otolaryngology treatment delivered in a professional, compassionate, and dignified manner. Their philosophy involves a very thorough diagnostic evaluation to establish an accurate diagnosis followed by a strong patient partnership to determine the best course of treatment. They have served the central Florida community for over twenty years with offices at the Loop Kissimmee/Hunter’s Creek, at Advent Health Celebration, and Dr. Phillips. 

Dr. Omar Fadhli was born in Lafayette, Indiana and spent most of his young adult life in Houston where he obtained his medical degree from the prestigious University of Texas McGovern Medical School at the Houston Medical Center where he graduated at the top of his class with honors. During his surgical internship at the Texas Medical Center, he realized how much he enjoyed and excelled at the meticulous surgeries involved in the field otolaryngology head & neck surgery. He then pursued further training and was one of only two physicians chosen to the Saint Louis University Adult and Pediatric Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery residency program. There he received exceptional training by world renowned surgeons which supplied the foundation for the development of his own minimally invasive techniques that his patients enjoy today. After completing his training, he established Florida ENT Adult and Pediatric, Inc which is dedicated to delivering minimally invasive, state of the art treatment of the Ears, Nose & Throat. This was followed by the establishment of a Sinus and Allergy center dedicated to minimally invasive treatments including in office 3-D navigated balloon sinuplasty which has allowed allergy and sinus patients to obtain long term relief with a short office procedure with fast recovery times. Dr. Fadhli is one of the most experienced sinus surgeons in Central Florida who has helped improve the quality of life of his patients for over 20 years.

When he is away from work, Dr. Fadhli enjoys hiking, boating activities and cycling with his teenage twins and wife. They also love to travel and explore diverse cultures.

Mr. Hassan Flowers PA-C is a native of Central Florida where he has spent most of his life. Mr. Flowers story is one of great dedication and accomplishment. He started with Florida ENT as a Medical Assistant while completing his degree in nursing. He was at once recognized as a very skilled, intelligent, and compassionate provider who was loved by his patients. After completing his nursing degree, his dedication continued with the pursuit of a Physician Assistant degree which he obtained with honors and was awarded certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Mr. Flowers is dedicated to the pursuit and sharing of this knowledge through the training of many medical students and Physician Assistants that rotate through Florida ENT for their Ear, Nose and Throat training. He is highly regarded by his patients and colleagues alike. 

Dr. Nube Rosa Escobar is a dual licensed Doctor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology. She completed her education as Speech Language Pathologist and Audiologist in Colombia from University of Valle-Cali and The Catholic University-Manizales in 1995 and 1999, respectively. She then went on to earn her Doctorate

of Audiology from the A.T. Still University in 2018. Dr. Escobar is an energetic, compassionate, and engaging doctor with a passion for learning and growing professionally. She is both bilingual and bicultural and devoted to make a difference in the lives of her patients and their families. She is an expert in hearing aids dispensing the most advanced technology through the hearing and balance center. She has twenty-two years of experience in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with audiological, vestibular, swallowing, voice, speech and language disorders in adults and children.

Ms. Patricia Oliva PA-C is a Florida native, born and raised in Tampa, FL. Ms. Oliva is also a Florida Gator and holds her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. She received a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Science from Barry University in Miami, FL before making the big leap out to Denver, CO, where she completed the competitive Master’s of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies program at Red Rocks Community College. Ms. Oliva is now proud to call Florida home again. She is a certified physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and has invaluable clinical experience in multiple medical specialties in addition to otolaryngology – including psychiatry and neurology. Ms. Oliva is an active member of both the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is a seasoned clinician and looks forward to helping you with the management of your ear, nose, throat, head, and neck problems. Ms. Oliva is fluent in both English and Spanish.
